Nice place and nice food
The bun is soggy and falling apart before you even start eating. Probably the best one on the market, so you can still get over it. But the meat is a real treat xD it's as hard as a sole and melts like rubber. PLN 34 for such a miracle. The taste of bacon is the only thing you can taste in this burger, apart from the pepper, which is probably packed with a ton of meat.
The cashier acted as if she was there as a punishment. She didn't say a single word while placing the order. Neither good morning nor thank you nor kiss my cheek... We ordered three burgers and sat at a table upstairs. The screen did not update the numbers, so it was only 20 minutes after going to the checkout that we found out that our order was cold (we were the only ones in the place). I do not recommend
I ordered a bucket of Royal 7 strips and 7 wings, unfortunately there were 5, I also ordered 2 Coca-Colas, which I didn't get immediately, but the driver brought them to me after 20 minutes because of course she forgot to pack. I reported it to the lady who took and made the order that 2 wings were missing. .Instead of getting out of this situation and bringing her to me, it was impossible because she was packing as if I wanted to cheat her for 2 wings. You are an incompetent woman, you should go to work as a dishwasher! Copernicus is definitely dead, and next time you should think before you say something. to the customer! I hope that the owner will take appropriate consequences against you! Personally, I will not order here again!
The service does not meet the customer's needs. I prefer it when someone recommends something to me, offers to enlarge it, or smiles. No music, something like a movie was playing in the background? It was rather irritating when eating with friends. The bbq sauce is bland, I was hoping for something more expressive in this matter. Other than that, the food is okay. Probably the biggest plus were the fries and coffee. In the vegetarian option, wrong sauces and added lettuce beyond the standard given in the menu.
I returned to the place after a few years of break, what I remembered were quality products, friendly service and an overall always good impression.
Today, unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. From the very beginning we are met with an unpleasant attitude from the staff, and the food does not improve the situation.
In the sandwich I received fragments of dry, stale lettuce. The amount of chicken in the sandwich is also not a positive surprise. Some of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it were not there at all.
The only advantage is the price, which remains relatively low.
I probably won't come back.

The meal was very good, the big box with the drink was quite filling. The price is adequate to the quality. I will definitely come back here again :)
